Is a digital menu useful for my business?
How many days does it take to install and start the complete system after payment?
The setup time varies depending on the package you choose. However, if we do not include the time for taking photos and videos of your set and your menu items, the entire system will be delivered to you within 72 hours.
What exactly happens after purchasing the software?
First, our colleagues will visit your collection in person and receive all the data required to register in your digital menu panel. The personnel based at the head office will quickly register the information in your panel and make it ready for use. If your chosen package is silver or gold, our collection photographer will make the necessary arrangements with you to produce visual content and will produce all the visual content required in the menu in your collection within a certain period of time. After entering all my text and visual content, it will be ready for your use.

Is it possible to pay monthly to use the Akaf digital menu?
Yes, definitely
You can choose any of the packages on a monthly or annual basis. The only difference between the two is that in the annual packages, the cost of two months of using the digital menu is considered as a gift for you
When purchasing any of the packages for the first time, payment for the first three months is required at the beginning of the contract
Will we get a discount if we pay the entire year's fee in one go?
You can receive two months of subscription per year as a gift from us by paying a one-year subscription in one go, and instead of paying 12 months of subscription, pay the full amount for ten months of subscription.
Is there a separate fee for support?
The amounts specified in each package include everything, including online support from the support team, and there will be no need to pay any fees for support requests.
What payment methods can I use?
Currently, you can make deposits by direct bank transfer to the Akaf Company bank account.
Can I have an online payment system on my menu?
Yes
You can leave all the steps from application to activation of the online payment gateway for your collection, which will be connected to one of your bank accounts, to us by choosing the gold package and also submitting all the necessary documents to activate the online payment gateway in one of the Omani banks.
Is it possible to get a refund?
There is only 24 hours to request a refund. Otherwise, since all hardware and software operations to launch the customer's digital menu begin as soon as the deposit is received from the customer, it will not be possible to return the money after 24 hours.
